I have really enjoyed the Hitch stand so far. Couple of minor issues with it from a design standpoint, specifically the seat adjustment bolt came loose and was lost on the second time I used it. Got ahold of the guys over at Hitch and they have already identified the design flaw and are going back to the drawing board to fix it.
The stand is super light, comfortable to sit in and per the design of the stand dead silent with the hitch looping attachment system. It is rock solid when attached to the tree and with how low profile the platform is, you can really get into some tight trees.

Trim or add some tape! I’m an older hunter and did add some seat padding for personal reasons. But I’m able to sit or use my saddle for an all day sit. The weight is amazing.

Great stand for on the go. I'm almost 6 for tall and the stand is comfortable and locks on tight. You won't regret it!

The stand is great as far as weight and ease of use. I do however have a problem with the seat leveling bolt. After one sit the threads on the stand stripped and the bolt fell out on my way back to the truck. Now I have a hole with no threads and now way to adjust seat level if I’m on a leaning tree.
Appreciate the feedback Bradley, glad to hear you're liking the stand in general. We definitely hear you on the levelling bolt. We've found a solve for the issue that we'll be rolling out in the next batch.
As for your current stand - because the levelling system uses a 1/4' by 3/4' bolt with a 1/4' non-locking nut, the hole isn't meant to have any threads (so I'm assuming both the nut and bolt fell out). If you pick up a 1/4' by 3/4' bolt and a 1/4' non-locking nut at a hardware store (make sure they're grade 8), you'll be able to slide the nut into the levelling slot and thread your 3/4' bolt into it through the vertical hole. Hope that makes sense - shoot us an email if not and we can send through some pictures explaining.
