REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any damage or there are any other issues. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items with damage will not be accepted.
Please take pictures and notify Hitch of shipping damage ASAP. Pictures should be taken of the damaged packaging as well as the product.
Please read the full return process before making any returns.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@hitchtreestands.com to obtain authorization. Please include your order number in the subject section. Please give a detailed description detailing the reason for the exchange/return. After receiving authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging if possible, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges except in the event of manufacturer defect. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Hitch is not responsible for lost items.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange/return. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange/return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customer damaged stand
- Customer damaged climbing sticks
- Customer damaged product
For defective products, please contact us at support@hitchtreestands.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
TREESTANDS AND CLIMBING STICKS WARRANTY
Hitch Treestands and Climbing Sticks have a warranty against manufacturer defects.
Returns for manufacturer defects noted after 14 days are subject to review by the Hitch Quality department. Please inspect your stand and/or sticks upon receipt.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Please note that scuffs and marks resulting from regular use, such as those caused by boots or attaching sticks to the stand, are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by the warranty.
